Teamish - presentation video

Background

Teamish was on a very good results curve in its beta version, with some companies showing interest in using the app. Therefore, some publicity material was already necessary both for presentation and for promotion and positioning in the market.

My jobs

Script, text, storyboard, graphic design, motion graphics, video direction, audio direction, production, editing, post-production and promotion.

Case challenge

Video was just one part of a larger promotion ecosystem. The challenge was to align needs, plan and produce all the necessary materials, establishing the appropriate priorities so that the work was efficient.

Briefing and planning

The process began with the detailed definition of the briefing, where clear objectives, target audience and technical and deadline restrictions were established. This was the starting point for the entire project, where the strategy was precisely outlined.

Script and Storyboard

The script was carefully prepared, defining the style and direction of the video, the narrative structure and the information to be transmitted. Next, the storyboard is created to visualize the sequence of scenes, the arrangement of visual elements, and the duration of each frame.

Visual Design Execution

Based on the script and storyboard, the visual design is developed, including graphic style, color palette and typography. From the Freepic website, some models were downloaded and modified using Illustrator, to become unique pieces of the video and used as a base to create all other visual elements such as graphics, illustrations and icons, following a cohesive aesthetic and aligned with the video’s message.

Animation and Motion Graphics

Using After Effects, visual elements are animated according to the storyboard, dynamically adding movement, transitions and effects. This step requires solid technical skills and attention to detail to ensure a fluid and engaging animation. Again, some effects and transitions were used as a basis for building the animations.

Audio Editing

Audio was produced, including soundtracks, sound effects and narration. The audio was then edited and mixed to synchronize it with the animation, ensuring a cohesive listening experience
